Once you have placed your order, the new unit is shipped to you on the next business day via 2nd day Fed Ex. There is no charge for shipping. You also receive a pre-paid shipping label to use when you return the old camera.
Amazon also sells refurbished Canon cameras, but the prices offered under the Loyalty Program are lower than Amazon's. Refurbished products come with a 90 day warranty. Canon Printers and Scanners are also covered under this program.
